How this service handles copyrighted work
Users upload individual pages for their own reading. We do not host a library, we do not publish or index uploaded pages, and nothing a user uploads is visible to anyone else. Every uploaded page and its translation is deleted 24 hours after upload.
Because content is private to the person who uploaded it and is removed automatically, there is normally nothing publicly accessible to take down. We take notices seriously regardless.
Submitting a notice
Send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] including:
- Your contact details, and your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Identification of the material in question and where it can be found.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Before launch: register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and replace the address above with the registered contact.
How we respond
We aim to acknowledge notices within two business days and to remove or disable identified material promptly. We will also disable access for users who repeatedly infringe.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake.
